Industrial Services Supplies
International has become active in 1997 as a trading company
to provide local and International procurement services
to its customers located in the wide industrial structure
of Pakistan and then gradually expended its services from
industrial indenting business to industrial repairs ,consultancies,
onsite installations, relocations, trainings and contractual
agreement management services.
ISSI is now successfully operating its 02 offices located
in the country to cater customer's demands and requirements
with right product on a right occasion. This is a young
dynamic oriented company with multi dimensional experience
in the field of Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical,
Oil Refining and Production Process Industries. Covering
national business activities and fulfilling successful
requirements of various projects ISSI is now becoming
an active part of International Industrial Bidding.

Activated Alumina
- 1AA
1AA is rapidly becoming the industry
standard for drying compressed air and gas in both large
and small dryers. PSI activated alumina is porous and
spherical. It is produced exclusively for use in package
dryers. 1AA material can be regenerated to its original
adsorption capacity by purging with hot gas at 350° -
600° degrees.
This alumina is for both HEATED and HEATLESS/PRESSURE
SWING dryers due to its inherent ease of description.
Dewpoints of -100°F can be achieved depending on dryer
design and operating conditions. PSI activated alumina
is an excellent all-purpose desiccant for drying air and
most other gases.

1/8" bead alumina is the size most frequently used in
regenerative dryers - refer to 1AA18. 1/4" & 3/16"
(4.8mm - 6.4mm) bead alumina are used as a pre-bed material
to support large desiccant beads as a pre-buffer for silica
gel beds.
Molecular Sieve
PSI molecular sieve is an alkali alumino-silicate. It
is the odium form of the Type A crystal structure and
has an effective pore opening of 4 angstroms. It is used
to dehydrate air and gases in regenerative dryers and
static drying. PSI sieves are regenerated by heating and
purging. Regeneration temperatures must be 400° - 600°F,
but are not to exceed 1000°F. The degree of regeneration
depends on the temperature reached in purge. PSI molecular
sieves are often used as a polishing layer for dewpoints
to -120°F

Deliquescent Briquettes
PSI DQ11 briquettes incorporate the latest improvements
in deliquescents dehydration. DQ11 is tightly compressed
to provide a strong, long-lasting, dust-free product.
The size and unique almond shape to reduce the bridging
and channeling that occurs in dryers. PSI briquettes are
91% active ingredients for linger and more effective drying.
Competitive deliquescent tablets are chemically incapable
of attracting an equivalent volume of moisture.

Silica Gel Beads
PSI silica gel beads are 97% silica and 3% alumina (SGC35
is 90%/10%). This product can effectively satisfy most
dryer applications, particularly the dehydration of compressed
air and natural gas. The bead shape, uniform particle
size and high bulk density combine to ensure optimum air/gas
flow without nesting or channeling. Minimal dusting occurs
due to the hard, smooth, spherical shape of the beads.
These products are an excellent option for applications
requiring one term economy, higher capacity, premium performance
and energy savings.

Active Bed Support - ABS
Primarily used as top and bottom bed support in adsorption
units.
Benefits:
- ABS is used worldwide as a bed support and as a
hold down media to provide gas distribution and adsorption
of impurities from the gas stream.
- ABS has the highest crush strength and most uniform
bead size on the market. These features minimize dusting
and breakage during loading to ensure a consistent
pressure drop at all times.
- ABS does not have to be separated from other alumina
base catalysts at time of disposal.
- ABS works effectively as an adsorbent while fulfilling
the role as bed supports. This increase efficiency
of the entire bed and certainly out performs neutral,
non-active, inert materials.

Tabular Support - Alumina Balls (Tab)
- Absorption Resistant
- Shock Resistant
- Heat Resistant
- Long Life
- Inert
- Purity
Benefits
- TAB is a form of pure aluminum oxide fired at 1900°C,
to remove practically all porosity and shrinkage.
The properties are ideal for inert bed support.
- TAB minimizes side reductions that occur with other
products, such as ceramic balls. High purity (>99.7%
alumina) and super low silica(>0.01% silica) delivers
this important feature.
- TAB is used as a thermal reservoir and bed support
for catalysts and other refinery applications while
also being used as an overburden to prevent catalyst
from being carried out of the bed.
- TAB eliminates silica fluoride salt formation due
to its high purity.
- TAB is used as Isomerization bed support because
it has nil water adsorption to prevent destruction
of the catalysts.
- TAB is used by various refiners as bed support for
a wide variety of hydroprocessing catalysts.
- TAB is used in Claus reactors to permit easy disposal
of all alumina products rather than screening out
silica products.
- TAB does not produce fines or dust to contaminate
the product stream.
- TAB is unaffected by oxidizing or reducing atmospheres.
- TAB is practically insoluble in most aqueous acid
and alkaline solutions.
